Anyway, yesterday was a great day! =D In first period, which was my PS, Li Wen, Xin Yi and Sing Ling surprised me with a small cake and meehoon (cooked by Li Wen's maid) and drinks (chrysenthenum tea <- the spelling is wrong, I think). Seriously my mind went blank when I saw the cake with a single candle in the middle. I blew out the candle, just like tradition. To be honest, that is my first birthday cake in a long, loooooooooooooooooong time. When I realised it, kind of made me sad. =( Anyways, that is one of the sweetest and nicest thing anyone had ever done to me. And I really appreciate their thoughtfulness. ^^ Then, we called Saiyidah to come to eat (we were in our BE class). I really like the small plastic bowl and the plastic forks and spoon they brought. Lol.
Reasons:
1) The small plastic bowl (which is usually used for pudding actually) is way much more convenient to use for eating meehoon or food like that.
2) The plastic spoons and forks are quite thick and strong. Ain't like those flimsy spoons they give in the canteen.
We finished the meehoon (forced it down our throat) and drank the drinks, and ate a bit of cake. Then the rest of the cake, I brought it home, coz it's for me.
Once again, thanks, Li Wen, Sing Ling and Xin Yi for the food and drinks and cake and the birthday song, including Saiyidah. =D
In Business Studies, teacher announced it's my birthday and everyone sand Happy Birthday song lol. I felt really awkward. I think some of them don't even know which one is Larissa. =.=
After school, which was 12, (my afternoon class got cancelled ^^v) Dad brought me to BesEastern to buy books (the branch in Seri). I bought five books =D Happy happy day~ ^_^ And we went home, to be welcomed with the delicious food cooked by my mom (spaghetti and fried chicken leg). Then I was busy replying back to people who greeted me Happy Bday in Facebook. Hmm, it sounds like a very uneventful birthday... but then, I'm happy. ^^ That's the thing that matter. The only thing that annoyed me yesterday was the fact I fall asleep at 8 or 9 in the night. -_-^ That is seriously not in my plan of ending my day yesterday =.= .
One thing about this year's birthday...
I'm forcing some of my friends to buy books as my present.
I wonder if they seriously bought me books. I would remember them for the rest of my life.
Afifah's leaving to Australia next week. I'm really sad about it. =( She's like, one of my good-closest-new friend that I met this year in school and she's leaving so soon. She got scholarship to study in Australia, two years in Australia, another two years in U.K. And she's taking the course Mechanical Engineering. Think she's gonna suffer. The mechanical engineer thing... sounds like lots of Physics =.= ... not my cup of tea. -.- Anyway, I'm gonna miss Afifah a lot. Wish her all the best in her future.
OH! And I kinda miss Shawn now. *shocked* No idea why I suddenly miss him -.- . And I seriously miss Amelia and Yeoh and Wern. T__T And Nic and Sy and Lean too. =(
I miss the past... when we all were together. Haiz~
Oh well... people just chose different paths in life... <- does that sounds like it make sense? =.=
